Payee Services
We manage Social Security and SSI benefits for individuals who need support, ensuring funds cover essentials like housing, food, and healthcare to promote financial stability and well-being.

Legal & Immigration Support
We guide immigrants and refugees through legal processes, offering help with documents, court support, and appeals, while connecting them to trusted legal professionals and ensuring their rights are protected.

Case Management
Clients are matched with dedicated case managers who assess needs, develop tailored plans, and connect them with services like housing, healthcare, and public benefits.

Emergency Assistance
We respond quickly in times of crisis, providing urgent support for eviction risk, food shortages, medical emergencies, or financial hardship to help clients regain stability.

Health, Wellness & Nutrition

Food & Nutrition
We provide groceries, meals, and emergency food aid, along with nutrition education and culturally appropriate food options through community partnerships.

Integrated Health
Our services support physical, mental, and emotional health through screenings, referrals, and wellness education, accessible to all regardless of insurance or income.

Housing Security

Affordable Housing Voucher Support
We assist eligible families in applying for and securing rental subsidies and support for security deposits, available for up to 36 months. Our case managers walk clients through every step of the process, from documentation to placement, ensuring they understand their options and find safe, stable housing. Our goal is to not only provide temporary relief but to help clients move toward long-term independence.

Workforce Development
We empower individuals to find meaningful, long-term employment by providing a full suite of job readiness services. This includes resume building, interview coaching, skills training, and job placement assistance. Through strong partnerships with employers and vocational programs, we also offer pathways to certifications and career advancement in high-demand fields. We focus on helping clients build confidence, purpose, and a sustainable livelihood.
